SWIMRUN CHEERS TEST
Back in 2016, SWIMRUN CHEERS invented the first SWIMRUN TEST. Each year, thanks to our SWIMRUN CHEERS TESTS, anyone that feels curious about Swimrun has the chance to try it (BASE TEST). 

But that's not all. We also offer TESTS (ADVANCE / PRO) which is targeted at those who already have some experience and would like to train in a cheerful and stress-free environment, being assured that everyone will respect any level of preparation. Different distances, different routes, and half a day full of sports and fun, that will end around a table in front of a cold beer...cheers!

TEST BASE 9.5 Km MORE OR LESS
BASE - 9.5 Km MORE OR LESS
Swimrun is passion. Those that have already tried it know what we are talking about. But there are some who are hesitant yet curious and would like to hear wonderful stories about how swimrun can become a true passion. How can those people, who are inclined to test their limits, break the ice? The answer is SWIMRUN CHEERS TEST BASE dedicated to those who want to try this discipline without getting too stressed about it. We operate in a very safe environment and we welcome any level of preparation. No one will be left behind! The group is expected to stop at the end of every fraction and wait for the last participant to arrive before starting the new one. You will never feel alone. The BASIC tests are the "gateway" to swimrun; we all went through it! :) The group will be led by Diego Novella and closed by a friendly helper.
Duration
Half a day, between the course and our post-course gathering with a beer.
Distance
9.5km total max. 3 running fractions (each between 2 and 3 km) + 4 swimming fractions (from 300m to 700m). You may want to know that course lengths vary all the time, because swimrun doesn't have standardized courses and so distances are variable.

TEST ADVANCE 15 Km MORE OR LESS
ADVANCE - 15 Km MORE OR LESS
Dedicated to those who practice those who have already "broken" the ice with the swimrun and want to train in company. The Swimrunner ADVANCE is thinking of participating in its first race or has already done so with a specific goal: to finish them, with peace of mind without stress, as a time trial! From experience, we also recommend to those who have a good preparation but have never tried swimrun to do 1 basic test. The organization reserves the right to confront the athlete
Duration
Half day between tour and "third time" based on beer sitting around a table to exchange their emotions.
Distance
Maximum total distance over the total 15km. The number of running and swimming fractions vary each time.
Level
Swimrunner weaned "or newbies with good basic swimming and running skills *
 
TEST PRO 20 Km MORE OR LESS
PRO - 20 Km MORE OR LESS
The Swimrunner PRO already has several active races, important distances and goes like a running train and in the water. He already has several race registrations in his calendar next year and he needs to train, getting "pulled the neck" and pulling it to those of his test mates!
